Who are EAA programs available to?

Employee Awareness Association events are available year-round to public and private companies, government agencies, schools, organizations, and other groups worldwide.

 

Where are the presentations held?

For on-site events, a local professional presenter will travel to your company or organization.   On-site events are typically held at the company's facility and are often scheduled during lunchtime in a traditional Lunch & Learn format. Presentations may also be offered online for added convenience.  Morning, afternoon, and evening events may also be available upon request.

 

What is the cost of a presentation?

There is no cost or solicitation to enjoy an Employee Awareness Association event.  Our goal is to provide organizations and their employees with valuable educational information in an engaging, convenient, and professional setting.

 

Is a meal provided?

Yes. For on-site events, a complimentary catered breakfast, lunch, or dinner is provided for attendees, depending on the time of the presentation.

 

How long are the presentations?

Most presentations are approximately 30 to 45 minutes, followed by an optional 15-minute question-and-answer sessionPresentation times may be adjusted to accommodate your organization's schedule, time constraints, and logistical needs.

 

When are presentations available?

Events are available year-round and are generally scheduled Monday through Friday. Morning, lunchtime, afternoon, and evening presentations may be available depending on your organization's needs and presenter availability.
